• Proven knowledge of the UN system and related NGO-Community. Established record in Women’s Human Rights advocacy and implementation (CEDAW) on international, regional and national level

• Reliable experience of change management and transfer between theoretical solutions into practicable implementations for Policies and institutions
• Coaching of individuals, groups and institutions as support in processes of change
• Strong analytical and conceptional ability to creatively design and lead projects on national and international level

• Proven teaching and training experiences in universities and adult education on Human Rights, special approach of Gender Budgeting and Gender Mainstreaming, its theory and practice of implementation and administration on national and international level. Proven record in project management, communicative skills and participative, collaborative work style in the context of institutional and NGO network contexts.
